Welcome to the Cedar Hollow Subdivision Web Site
Cedar Hollow consists of approximately two hundred and twenty five (225) single family homes on oversized lots. Cedar Hollow was developed in three phases. David McNabb homes constructed the southern phase (Indian Mound Street) in 1984. Homes started at $ 45,000 dollars (selling for $ 144,000 now). McNabb then purchased the remaining undeveloped lots in the Groves Subdivision (Camus and Bunyan Street). The third and final phase was Cedar Hollow 3 (Houle Ave). Whereas McNabb Homes constructed the majority of the homes, the neighborhood contains homes by Richmond Homes (Ryan Homes), and other builders. McNabb Homes also built the Deer Hollow Subdivision north of Fruitville Rd, among other developments. View the subdivision plats or an aerial photo
Check what houses are selling for by visiting the Property Appraiser site for sales in Cedar Hollow or The Groves website. Just put in groves, or cedar hollow, or cedar hollow 3, in the subdivision box. Check your property taxes at the Tax Collector.

Neighborhood Improvements
New Fire Station is under construction on Honore Ave. just south of Palmer Road. Also as part of the new stores under construction by 7-11, a new fire hydrant has been added at the corner of Honore and Indian Mound. All Cedar Hollow residents should notify their home and fire insurance companies in 2004 about the new Fire Station and if you live in Cedar Hollow (one) about the new fire hydrant. This should lower your fire insurance. Please note that it may take a year plus before the new fire station is certified, and eligible for lower rates.
